My dear Reader, take pause here for few seconds and reflect on this question before we move on
I too paused as I wrote, and honestly it is difficult for me to answer. Not because we do not have enough, to do with extra time, but because we know that there is never an extra.
This blog is not about how to manage your time. There are enough floating around the globe on that. This blog is a humble attempt on how to see time. An attempt to understand that time can be your best friend or worst enemy.
Time is not about To-Do lists, time blockers, reading tons of techniques to avoid procrastination. Time management is first a mindset.
“I always reach office on time.” Is only of one aspect of it. Knowing what needs to done now, is the wholesome picture of it. It is how your 24 hours spans out. Your 24 hours is a reflection of
Only when you reflect a little on these questions and seek answers, will you be more clear as to the value of time. Only when you see the bigger picture, you will know how your NOW should be!
Such reflections can easily take a back seat in our lives. That’s why, we need external stimuli to give that subtle push. Leveraging the smart phones for affirmations on these angles, will create sea changes in our mindset.
Only when the change is internal, will the external actions mirror it. Affirmations are the little stones thrown in the water to create those ripples.
