At this very moment, as you are reading this blog, do you have an idea of the number of people who have sculpted this moment for you?
Have you pondered over the countless faces that made a mark on this moment?
Let us reflect.
Your Parents, the Gurus who taught you, the friends who molded you, your spouse who has given their better half to you, the children who made you see life with new eyes, your workplace which gave you financial independence.
“Of course, we know all this”, will be your immediate thought, and I am not here to speak of them. Yes, they are precious and have chiseled your current moment for what it is.
What about
The person who has built the place you sit?
Or the person who weaved the clothes you wear?
Or the person who created the gadgets you are using to read this?
Or the one who laid the roads?
Or the one who grew the food you had today morning?
The list is endless and so are the faces. If we mull over, there could be other countless faces creating their moments.
Keep extending the network and you will cover the world.
Aren’t we missing something?
Oh well, mother nature where everything comes from and the solar system(If the sun, by some means disappears, life on earth as we know it ends In 7 days), and the milky way and the universe.
You and me, my friend, have to be grateful to the entire universe for every moment!
It has been said that when you see the world with gratitude, life changes.
Gratitude should go deeper.
It is not about being grateful because life would immediately get better, but being grateful for what we are.
Gratitude is not a business with the universe. It is reminding ourselves how humble we should be considering our relationship with the universe.
But isn’t it easier said than done? In our hasty busy bee routine, problems seem more obvious to us than our blessings.
It is not that we don’t feel gratitude. It is just that, it takes a backseat.
We have come away from gratitude being a constant feeling.
We need to be reminded of it. We need to affirm ourselves.”
Affirmations are like little taps, that bring us back on track.
Affirmations make us count our blessings.
Affirmations make us reflect on all those who have chiseled this very moment
Affirm yourself every moment and see life blossom around you.
