When was the last time that you felt so good inside that, everything outside had a rosy glow?

It could be this minute, the previous hour, the previous month, or much earlier. That does not matter. What matters is what triggered the mindset, making you feel elevated!

It could have made a world of difference to you but if the triggers are by chance, then you are waiting for life to happen ☹️. You should be the one creating the life around you 😊.

That does not mean that, every day you would or should be feeling on top of this world because that would be the most unrealistic and idealistic view. Life is beautiful with its ups and downs and how we handle them; isn’t it? But, when you are hitting low, affirmations can change the tide for you… or when you or already acing a tide on a surf board, it helps you do even better

You might wonder how, when you are already live in a generation of information overflow. We meet so many people every day but how many touch a chord within us? How many gain our respect?

In a forest, the flowers stand out and affirmations are their fragrance which touches you like a gentle breeze.

They help elevate your life in countless ways. They are the chisels that can chip away at your limiting beliefs and negative self-talk. Maybe you didn’t realize your subconscious negative self-talk…”I won’t be able to do that”, “I am just average” and on an on it goes…Once you break away from those chains, you know you can take a step forward.

They slowly imbibe you with a change in mindset and attitude. Sometimes the morning sun rays or a baby smile can instil so much clarity and hope. By repeating positive affirmations, you are training your brain to focus on the positive aspects of your life and to help believe that you are capable of achieving your goals. It leads to increased confidence and self-esteem, which has a wonderful ripple effect not only in your life but you will create positive vibes for others in your life.

Affirmations can help you manifest your desires. By focusing on the things you want to achieve and repeating positive affirmations about them, you are sending a powerful message to the universe that you are ready and willing to receive them.

You are making yourself conducive to receiving the best.

Affirmations can help you stay motivated and focused on your goals. By imbibing positive affirmations, you are reminding yourself of what you want to achieve, and can there be a better way to get back on track?
